Course of Childbirth and More

These classes are designed to prepare you for what's ahead in your birthing and transition to parenthood.

For those who may not have time flexibility, Signs of Harmony offers Intensive Weekend Courses for expectant mothers and their respective partners of choice. For further convenience, these Seminars are held virtually so that future parents can enjoy them from the comforts of home.

Private Intensive Weekend Courses feature one two and half hours per day sessions. Days and time will be determined by the amount of participants we have. Materials included  

 For registered doula clients who seek additional educational support, Signs of Harmony offers its unique 4-Week Program. The 4-Week Program acts as an extension of the services included in the client’s chosen doula package. It provides an additional two-hour virtual session with me once a week over a four-week period, totaling six hours of extra instruction. Two session out of three will be delivered in person, with the remaining one conducted virtually.  Materials Included.

 This class is designed to teach you the basics of Newborn Care. We review what to expect right after birth and best-suggested practices to soothe and engage the baby, how to keep track and identify baby milestones, and promote an effective way for baby's physical development. We give you tools and techniques for reducing anxiety. Lastly, we give you some practical ways to set yourself up when returning to work and or establishing healthy boundaries for some YOU time at home.  Materials not Included.
