Birthing With Signs of Harmony

As a birth doula and student midwife, my role is to walk alongside you with education, advocacy support, and hands‑on comfort measures while your licensed provider manages your medical care. I stay within the ethical scope of a student midwife: I do not diagnose, provide clinical care, or make medical decisions. Instead, I help you understand information, explore your options, and feel seen and supported through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

All birth support packages include:

• Birth planning session
• Unlimited phone, text, and email support during business hours
• Childbirth education woven into prenatal visits
• Optimal fetal positioning support and movement/exercise ideas
• Comfort measures and labor positions (Spinning Babies‑style work if appropriate)
• Help interpreting the language of labs and provider notes so you can ask informed questions (educational only, not medical advice)
• Continuous  in‑person support during active labor and birth
• Initial breastfeeding / chestfeeding support and newborn care basics
• Access to my curated resource list: local providers, bodyworkers, support groups, and practical handouts
