Birth Doula Care

• 2–3 prenatal visits to plan your birth, explore your values, and, if desired, include prayer and reflective practices.
• Gentle, holistic childbirth education, coping tools, and partner support for home, birth center, or hospital births.
• 24/7 on‑call availability from 30 weeks and continuous in‑person support during labor and birth.
• Initial breastfeeding/chestfeeding help in the first hour and a customizable postpartum home visit for birth debrief, encouragement, and resources.

Specialized Support

• Trauma‑sensitive emotional care rooted in compassion and dignity.
• Cesarean and VBAC preparation and gentle recovery support (non‑clinical).
• Basic perinatal nutrition guidance and lactation education within doula scope.
• Belly binding and womb massage (as requested and within training).

Postpartum & Placenta Services

• Postpartum doula care: emotional support, newborn care basics, light household help, and meal prep to nurture rest and recovery.
• Placenta encapsulation with simple guidelines and optional keepsakes.

All services are offered as supportive, non‑clinical care; medical decisions remain between you and your licensed provider.

Daytime Postpartum Support

Focused on practical help and gentle care so you can rest and recover.

May include:

• Feeding help (breast or bottle) and lactation referrals
• Newborn care: diapering, bathing, burping, swaddling, holding
• Simple, nourishing snack/meal prep for you and your family
• Soothing techniques and support reading baby’s cues
• Light baby laundry and occasional errands (groceries, recovery items)

Overnight Postpartum Support
Starting at $55/hour, 6–8 hour minimum (weekends not included)

Weekend rates are $10 more

Designed to protect your sleep while baby is cared for nearby.

May include:

• Basic feeding support and night‑time lactation help, plus referrals
• Newborn care overnight: diapering, burping, comforting
• Light massage/foot rub and snack prep to support recovery
• Observing baby’s sleep patterns and helping you build a nighttime routine
• Belly binding and gentle abdominal/womb massage (materials purchased separately)
• Hydration therapy - herbal tea
